In 2018, the Chesapeake District piloted a new leadership paradigm. This shift would focus on Accountability, Coaching, and Encouragement, or as we like to say ACE. We believed that increasing the leadership with a team of skilled pastors would multiply the district’s capabilities and better meet the needs of our local churches.

We still believe this today, and we are excited to continue on this path with great leaders in place.
